At De Niro Boot UK we pride ourselves on our customer service and guarantee a 100% fit. All boots are purchasable online, just follow the procedure of measuring for the correct fit. As boots are measured by yourself – when you receive them try them on indoors. If you have any concerns about the fit contact us straight away. We will either Exchange them, adjust them or refund you the order. Once boots have been used or worn outside you have accepted the fit and we will not be able to exchange or refund – so please make sure you are happy.
All boots come with a 6 month warranty on receiving the boots, which covers all faults of only the boot. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear. We also offer a lifetime repair service in the UK, which has a 2 week turn around. This is a chargeable service after the warranty runs out.
Items should be returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price, postage will not be refunded. If the boots have been collected and a full refund is requested, with no re-order of the item, the original postage charge will not be refunded and the collection charge of £12.95 will also be deducted off your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must arrange a collection through us on the contact page. If Goods are returned that are faulty we can only refund postage of up to £12.95. Postage will only be refunded if there is a fault with the product.
