All boots are purchasable online, just follow the procedure of measuring for the correct fit if you have any questions please contact us via our contact page. As boots are measured by yourself – when you receive them try them on indoors. If you have any concerns about the fit contact us straight away. We will either Exchange them, adjust them or refund you the order, unless the boots ordered were stated as non returnable. All orders and order details will be confirmed via email after the order is placed and you can decide to proceed or cancel the order before any exchange of product is made, this is riding boots, short boots and belts only. All accessories and small items will be sent out on a 2-5 working day service. Once boots have been used or worn outside you have accepted the fit and we will not be able to exchange or refund – so please make sure you are happy.
All boots come with a 6 month warranty on receiving the boots, which covers all faults of only the boot. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear. We also offer a lifetime repair service in the UK, which has a 2 week turn around. This is a chargeable service after the warranty runs out. Items should be returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price, postage will not be refunded, unless stated other wise. This does not affect your statutory rights. If Goods are returned that are faulty we can only refund postage of up to £12.95. please contact us if needed for collections. Postage will only be refunded if there is a fault with the product.
