Q What happens when I order boots online? How soon will I get them?

A

Once an order is placed online for riding boots you will receive a confirmation email with a few questions regarding your boots and sizing. Once the sizing has been confirmed we will let you know what we have in stock available for next working day delivery. If we have nothing available in stock that suits you we can order the boots in. Order time is currently 8-10 weeks. Alternatively if you are not happy to proceed a refund will be issued.

Q How long is postage and which courier do you use?

A

For smaller items we use Royal Mail 1-3 working day signed for service. For larger items we use DPD Next day signed for Service. We do send Worldwide with DHL which can vary between 2-8 working day service depending on location.

£3.99 – Royal Mail 1-3 working day service (UK and main lands)

£7.99 – DPD Next working day service (UK and main lands)

£12.95 – DPD Next working day service (UK and main lands)

For any other Country outside the UK we use DHL Express

Q How long does it take to receive my boots?

A

If we have the boots available in stock they will be sent out on a next working day service if ordered before 3.30pm, UK Mainland only.

For international postage please contact the team via email to confirm.

If we do not have the boots in your size or design we can order boots in. Order time is currently 8-10 weeks. Then as soon as they arrive with us we will contact you to arrange next working day delivery to UK Mainland.

Q How does the sizing on the boot work?

A

When sizing up for a boot we require Three different measurements. The first measurement that we require is your foot size. The second measurement is the widest point of your calf. The final measurement required is the height of your leg from the base of your heel to the crease of your knee.

Q Do you have any boots in stock ready for delivery?

A

We do stock a large amount of boots in different size combinations and designs. If we have boots available in a size and style suitable for yourself, these can usually be sent out for next day delivery. If we do not have the suitable size and design in stock then order time is 8-10 weeks.

To find out what boots are available in stock, please contact the team via email on info@joshuajonesuk.com, with the following details:

  • Foot Size
  • Height from bottom of your heel to crease behind the knee when standing
  • Calf measurement when in Jods and Socks.
  • The model of boot you are interested in.

Q Do the boots come with a warranty?

A

All boots come with a six month warranty which starts on customer’s receipt of the boots. Only boots purchased from Joshua Jones UK are covered under this warranty. This covers the boots for repair (not replacement) of any faults of the boots. If the damage is through natural wear and tear within this warranty period the repair and postage will be charged for. Customers are responsible to return the boots to us at their cost within this warranty period. Repairs will be done in the UK where possible, but all other repairs will have to be returned to the factory in Italy. UK Repairs are usually around 1 working days. Italy repairs are usually 6-8 weeks.

After the six month warranty expires no matter how often the boots were used, there is a cost charge for repairs, return and postage back. Customers are responsible for returning boots to us at your cost.

All boots must be returned in a clean condition.

 

Q Can you repair my boots?

A

Yes we do offer a repair service. Please note only boots purchased from us, Joshua Jones UK can be repaired by ourself’s.

UK Repair: Certain repairs are available in the UK, such as soft leather boot zip replacement. Zip keeper replacement. Replacement of laces and Logo badges. Lead time for UK repairs is usually around 14 working days.

Italy Repair: Boots can be returned to Italy for all repairs. Lead time is usually 6-8 weeks.

Cost for repair is always confirmed via email once Italy have received your boots back. If you would like a quote for repair work please contact our team via email.

Q Can I return the boots if they do not fit?

A

We try and be as clear as possible with all returns policy’s. Once an order is placed and sizing has been confirmed by email we are able to confirm the returns policy specific to your order. As each order is bespoke all returns policies are subject to each individual order.

If we have the boot available in stock: We just ask that when your boots arrive you try them on inside the house, if you are not happy with the fit, they can be returned at your cost for an exchange, re-order or refund but we are unable to cover any postage costs.

If we are ordering boots in for you on the 8-10 week lead time and are happy to have boots back into our stock: We just ask that when you receive the boots, if you are not happy with the fit, you are able to return the boots at your cost for either an exchange, re-order or refund. However we are unable to cover any postage costs.  – If this policy can be offered this will be confirmed after the order is placed via email. 

If we are ordering boots in for you on the 8-10 week lead time and we are unable to have the boots back into our stock boots will be Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. This is confirmed after the order is placed.

If additional crystals are added this does make boots a bespoke order and therefore are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

Q Can I customise the boots?

A

When purchasing boots online you are able to customise the boot as per the boot builder. This could be whether or not you would like spur rests or laces and there are other options available. Our online shop for boots shows previous designs that we have created, these can be customised depending on the model. Certain models can be completely bespoke. You will need to contact us directly or speak to our team at an event to find out what customisation is available on each model. We are always able to create something completely unique for yourself but this can not be done online. Certain models of boots are more customisable than others. Please contact the team at any time for specific design questions.

Q Are these boots made to measure?

A

All boots available online come in a standard stock sizing only. When your order is received a member of the team assess your order looking at your measurement images. We then contact you via email offering the closest standard measurements available to your actual measurements. All standard sizes change with each foot size, the team will run through everything to offer the best fit available from the measurements boots can be ordered in.

If your measurements are outside of the standard sizes available then full made to measure is available however this is only available on certain models of boot and starts at £685. Full made to measure is boots made to every point of your leg and foot.
